Inloes Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded in 1979 by the current President, Dick Inloes. Dick graduated from Miami University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Dick worked in the construction industry from 1967 continuously through graduation of college. From 1973 until 1977 Dick was a sales/installation engineer with a Hamilton based mechanical contractor (company went out of business in the early 80’s). From 1977 until forming the present company, Dick worked for Lennox Industries, Inc. as a territory manager calling on residential and commercial accounts. With an ‘itch’ to get back to ‘getting his hands dirty’, Dick struck it out on his own in 1979 with a single truck, no employees other than himself and his wife Kathy (secretary), and his 2-car garage at home as his warehouse.

The company has grown steadily over the last four decades. Dick’s son Ryan began working part time in the business during the school year and full time in the summers beginning in the late 1980’s. Upon graduation from the University of Cincinnati in 1995 with a degree in business, Ryan came into the business full time and growth of the business has been expanding as much as 25% a year since. Ryan’s 15+ years experience has groomed him in the commercial market, where he has flourished. Ryan holds HVAC masters licenses in 7 states.

Inloes Heating & Cooling, Inc. has grown over the years. We have moved and expanded from our humble beginnings from  800’ to 2,000’ to 8,000’ to our present location with 32,000 square feet to meet the needs of our service, residential and commercial customer base.
